Free Phone Consultation

I provide a free 15 minutes phone consultation to verify my ability to assist you and to answer any basic questions about the counseling process.

Intake Session

The first session is up to 90 minutes. In this session we get to know each other and build rapport and a plan going forward.

Outpatient Therapy Sessions

Therapy sessions are 50 minute session. We will work together to form goals and develop the skills to assist with your mental health.
